Description
“Rookery Reflections” is the name I chose for this painting because it was painted from a picture I took of Egrets in the wetlands in Florida. The feeling that it portrays is that of a calm environment which is the ideal setting for nesting.
For this painting I used a realistic style to emphasize the calming breeding environment for the Egret birds.
The panel that I built for this oil painting is Baltic birch plywood.
